Individuals with Disabilities
If you are and individual with a disability, please contact the following personbel to make arrangements for reasonable modifications and accessibility to school events at least 10 days in advance of the event you wish to attend. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

Instructional Time
Instructional time begins at 7:55 am each day. Parents and ʻohana, please support your child so they can be on time to class by 7:50 am.
Please report directly to the office if bringing an item for your child. The office staff will notify the classroom teacher that an item has arrived and the item will be delivered to the classroom during a break in the instructional period. This will eliminate any disruption to the studentsʻ instructional blocks.

Cell Phones
The school has a NO CELL PHONE policy.
If your child is allowed a cell phone, the cell phone shall remain OFF an IN your childʻs backpack until they leave school or until they are picked up from campus. If your child uses the cell phone, the teacher will confiscate it, turn it into the office, and they will call you to pick up the device. If you have instructed your child to contact you for after-school pick-up arrangements, those calls must be made in the office on the school phone. Thank you for your support.
Contraband
Items that are harmful or a distraction to learning are considered contraband and therefore not allowed in school. These include but are not limited to:
cell phones/smart devices
Pokemon/Yu-gi-oh playing and trading cards
iPads/iPods/hand held gaming devices/music players/radios
Video recorders/speakers/ear phones
Toys
Laser pointers
Skateboards/heeleys/roller skates
Mouth spray/perfumes/colognes
Large amounts of money or valuables
Sports equipment
Fidget spinners
Consequences include parent notification, detention, and confiscation of contraband items. Students should only bring items needed for school, such as books and school supplies. It is helpful to check your childʻs backpack regularly for contraband items.
